These terms apply to your use of the Golden iPhone app and this website. By using Golden, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable terms.
Not veterinary advice
Golden organizes information you enter. It does not diagnose, prescribe, calculate dosages, recommend treatment, or replace professional veterinary care. Always consult a qualified veterinarian about your pet’s health. In an emergency, contact an emergency veterinary provider immediately.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking the accuracy of schedules, entries, exported summaries, device settings, and reminders. Notifications can be delayed or unavailable, so Golden must not be your only means of remembering time-critical care.
Subscriptions
Golden Pro is offered through auto-renewable monthly and annual subscriptions. Eligible customers may receive a 14-day introductory free trial. Your Apple ID is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Prices shown in the app are localized by Apple and may change as permitted by Apple’s rules. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings.
Your content
You retain ownership of information and photos you add. You give Golden permission only to process that content on your device so the features you request can work.
Availability
We work to keep Golden reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the app improves.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Golden is provided “as is” without warranties, and its developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
